IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE:

Lincoln Memorial Drive will be closed that day from 6 am to 10 am for the Milwaukee Marathon, which starts on Water Street, heads south to Clybourn, and west to Lincoln Memorial Drive. See route here: https://i0.wp.com/runmilwaukee.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Milwaukee-Full.jpg 

The only way to reach the War Memorial Center parking lot is to head east on Mason Street. There will be a barricade at Mason and Prospect; tell the police officer there you are going to the War Memorial Center and they will let you through. 
Curve to the north on Mason and take the first right into the War Memorial Center north lot. If there is an attendant there, tell them you are here for the merit badge clinic for free parking.
Enter where you see the flags and take the elevator to the 4th floor. Registration will be right off the elevators and all sessions will be on the 4th floor. 

Stick around afterward for a free tour of the War Memorial Center.
