All finalized invoices were sent on Tuesday, November 17 via the wreath email.
Reminder, all payments are due by December 3 in the form of a single check from each unit, payable to Three Harbors Council, BSA or Boy Scouts of America. Payment can be mailed to the Milwaukee Scout Service Center only, or paid in person at either Milwaukee or Kenosha offices.
