1K Club Update
We are excited to announce that our 1K Club will take place at the AMF West Lanes in Milwaukee on Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 11 am - 1 pm. To be eligible to participate in this event, Scouts must sell $1,000 or more in either Council sponsored popcorn or wreath sale, not a combination of the two. One parent/guardian will be eligible to attend the event with their Scout. Additional family members will be able to attend at a cost. The event will include 2 hours of bowling, food and soft drinks, as well as a 10-credit arcade card for each child attendee.
Bucks Ticket Bonus Prize
The Bucks are bringing back their prize offer of a Buy One Get One Bucks Basketball game ticket. Scouts who sell $750 or more worth of popcorn are eligible to receive this Milwaukee Bucks Ticket Offer. This will be a prize option on the prize survey. Make sure you add it for all eligible Scouts once the survey opens this Saturday!
Admirals Ticket Bonus Prize
The Admirals have renewed their prize order with a Free Admirals ticket to any January game, and family tickets discounted to $15 for any Scout that sells $750 or more worth of popcorn. Be sure to add this to your chosen prizes on the prize survey for those Scouts who achieve this level.
Show and Sell Returns
Preliminary show and sell returns (any product your unit does not need for take orders) are now past due in PRP. Please enter show & sale returns in as soon as possible. We have extended Show and sell returns on Friday October 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday October 23 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at the Milwaukee Service Center. Final returns will be entered into PRP by Council staff after product is received. Click this link to select a time to return popcorn. You can return less than your preliminary return in PRP, but not more. We will not accept Double Butter or Caramel w/Sea Salt in Bears tins as a return. Reminder that after initial show and sell distribution, Three Harbors Council will not accept any damaged or opened containers for return or product from previous popcorn sales. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after October 24. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.
Take orders are due in PRP by 11:59 p.m. tomorrow! Please be sure to allow for enough time to collect any take orders from your Scouts as we will not be placing a late order. A link to sign up for your Take Order pick up time will be sent out after all popcorn orders have been received. Please keep an eye out for that soon.
The prize order survey will open on Saturday, October 23. Please click this link to place your prize order. Please note that we cannot honor any additions or changes once your unit prize order is placed. All bonus prizes, including the 1K club can be ordered through prize survey.
Popcorn Warehouse help needed
As we move into the final portion of the sale, we will need assistance sorting all the popcorn at our two distribution sites CH Coakley in Menomonee Falls, and Premier Products in Racine. If you are available to help sort popcorn on November 10th,11th, or 12th, please fill out the survey at this link. We will provide meals for any workers who come out and assist.
