Missing/Additional Product Update
If you are missing product or ordered additional, we are expecting a delivery from Pecatonica River Popcorn by no later than December 10. Some orders will be available sooner. Please watch for an email from the popcorn email, or Nathan. As soon as your product is available, you will be notified.
If you did order additional product, you will receive an updated invoice after that additional popcorn has been received and sorted at the Council office. The initial invoice sent on November 12th will still need to be paid. An updated invoice will be sent after the additional orders are picked up and you will have to pay the difference.

Missing Your Invoice?
All invoices were sent from the Pecatonica River Popcorn system on November 12, between 6:00PM and 7:00PM to the listed Unit Popcorn Kernel.
If you still cannot find it, you see can what you owe by logging into your Pecatonica River Popcorn account. On your dashboard there is a section that says Total Unit Cost on the bottom line, that total is the amount owed to the Council.
If you would like a detailed report on your dashboard, click on reports, then click on sales summary. Hit search. From there you can expand the table to see orders by product.

1K Club Reminder
We are excited to announce that our 1K Club will take place at the AMF West Lanes in Milwaukee on Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 11 am - 1 pm. To be eligible to participate in this event, Scouts must sell $1,000 or more in either Council sponsored popcorn or wreath sale, not a combination of the two. One parent/guardian will be eligible to attend the event with their Scout. Additional family members will be able to attend at a cost. The event will include 2 hours of bowling, food and soft drinks, as well as a 10-credit arcade card for each child attendee.
Prize Orders
The prize order survey closes tomorrow, Thursday, December 2 at 11:45 pm. Please click this link to place your prize order if you have not done so. Please note that we cannot honor any additions or changes once your unit prize order is placed. All bonus prizes, including the 1K club can be ordered through prize survey. Scouts who sold $750 or more can receive both the Bucks and Admirals Bonus prizes. Please remember that the regular Council prizes are not cumulative. If a Scout achieves sales for Level 9, they can select a prize from that level, or a combination of levels that is equal to or less than the level achieved. For Example if a Scout sells $1,000 worth of product, that Scout can select either 1 prize at prize level 8 ($1,000), or one prize from level 6 ($650 level) and one prize from Prize Level 4 ($350).
Pecatonica Winners Circle prizes are submitted though the Pecatonica River Popcorn Site.
Bonus Commission Percentages
As stated in the Leader’s Guide, the on-time payment bonus commission and the 10% sales increase over 2019 commission, if achieved, will be refunded back to the unit account. The amount to be refunded will be deposited into the unit account before the end of the year. For units that have additional popcorn coming which is not included in the first invoice, that amount will not be subject to the December 2 on-time payment deadline to receive your 1% on-time payment bonus commission.
