Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA and families can enjoy ice fishing at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta on Saturday, February 25, 2023. There are two sessions to choose from, either morning or afternoon. Holes will be drilled for each family and fishing poles will be available to Scouts if they need them. There will be plenty of support for Scouts who are new to ice fishing. Lunch is included for all registrants. Please remember to dress for the weather. All activities will be socially distanced. Youth 15 and under do not need a fishing license. The Scouting for Food Drive has been scheduled for March 2023. This is a fun opportunity for Scouts and their family to participate in a major good turn project aimed at addressing the problem of hunger in our communities. Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA and Venturers have always played a key role in the Scouting for Food Campaign and we look forward to continuing that proud tradition.

Cub Scouts are invited to participate in the Cub Scout Duty to God Challenge. This is an opportunity for Cub Scouts to work with their parent(s) to earn the Protestant religious award of their faith group.
For grades 1-3 it would be working on the "God and Me" Award. The classes for "God and Me" are from 3:00-4:00 pm at the Milwaukee Scout Service Center on Sundays February 26, Sunday March 5, 19 and 26. The cost for the class is $25.00 which covers the class book and all other class materials, the God and Me medal, certificates and administrative costs.
For grades 4-6 it would be working on the "God and Family" award. The classes for "God and Family" are on Sundays from 4:00-5:00 pm at the Milwaukee Scout Service Center, February 26, March 5, 19, 26 and from 3:00-5:00 pm on Sunday, April 2. The cost for the class is $25.00 which covers the class book and all other class materials, the God and Family medals, certificates and administrative costs.
For Scouts BSA, we have the Chaplains Aide Course. The chaplain aide is an approved youth leadership position in Boy Scout troops. The responsibilities of this position include encouraging the spiritual growth and awareness of each member of the troop and assisting the troop chaplain (and adult committee members).

Three Harbors Council is hosting the College of Commissioner Science on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Gateway Technical College’s iMET Center in Sturtevant. All Commissioners are invited to attend including Unit Commissioners and Roundtable Commissioners along with any Scouter interested in becoming a Commissioner. The purpose of the College of Commissioner Science is to provide ongoing practical training for all Commissioners and prospective Commissioners to allow them to better serve their units. The college provides an in-depth knowledge of essential aspects of Commissioner duties and responsibilities. The College of Commissioner Science is the highest form of Commissioner education available at the local level. More information is available here.

WAM is a 1-day event for Scouts BSA Troops, Venture Crews, Sea Scout Ships, Explorer Posts, Girl Scout/Mariner Troops and American Heritage Girls Units or 4H. Youth participants must be registered members of the Boy Scouts of America (Troop, Crew, Ship, Post participant), or Girl Scouts-USA, or American Heritage Girls.
Events include Knots Relay, Compass Board Relay, Life Jacket Relay (youth and alumni/advisor), Heaving Line (youth and alumni/advisor), First Aid, Tug-of-War, International Code Flags, Obstacle Course, Super Bowl, Scooter Relay, Happy Feet Relay and other "Surprise" Event or two.
