Eagle Scout Class Honoree Chris Layden Prolink, Chief Operating Officer Chris was a Scout as a youth and earned his Arrow of Light and crossed over into Troop 31 where he earned his Eagle Scout award in 2000. He comes from a strong Scouting family and went on to serve as Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 31. After graduating from high school, Chris attended Boston College and the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. His passion for his hometown brought him back to Milwaukee. He was then recruited to be Iron Horse District Chairman where he was able to rebuild the district and recruit new committee members. In April of this year, Chris was elected as the President of Three Harbors Council. Chris donates his talents to many organizations including the Milwaukee Public Library, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, Northwest Side Community Development Corporation and United Performing Arts Fund. He is passionate about the City of Milwaukee and is a shameless promoter of our city and its non-profits and civic organizations.
