Direct Responsibilities:
 
Cortland is serving as the Director of Field Service at Three Harbors Council. Cortland joins us from the Heart of America Council in Kansas City where he served as the Assistant Director of Field Service.  An Eagle Scout and former Order of the Arrow Lodge Chief in our council, Cortland has seventeen years of experience and leadership in professional Scouting.
