Please join us for a Spring Family Camping Weekend for Scouting Families Friday, May 2 - 4, 2025 at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta.  This event is open to all Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA troops.  Scouts BSA must follow the BSA camping policies.  All Scouts are encouraged to bring their bicycles.  Camp roads will be closed to vehicular traffic for Scouts to ride to all program areas including the Dining Hall.

Spring Family Weekend Camping Option

 

Friday night check-in and leave Sunday Morning with meals.  Food will be served in the Dining Hall.

Program includes:

  • Camp Morning Program

    • Cub Scout Family Activities

    • Fishing

    • Nature

    • Merit Badge Clinics for Scouts BSA

    • Cub Scout Adventure Belt Loops

      • Lion - Lion on a Role
      • Tiger - Rolling Tigers
      • Wolf - Pedal with the Pack
      • Bear - Bears on a Bike
      • Webelos - Pedal Away Adventure
      • AOL - Cycling Adventure

  • *Bicycle Rodeo (Saturday afternoon)

    • For Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA (all Scouts should bring their bicycles and helmets.  Adults can join also)

  • Additional afternoon programs for Scouts not participating in the Bike Rodeo

  • Merit Badges 

Scouts: $60 each  
Scouts early bird (by April 15th): $55 each

Adults: $55 each
Adults early bird (by April 15th): $50 each

Siblings: $50 each
Siblings early bird (by April 15th): $45 each

Children under 5 years old: $30 each

 

  

Spring Family Cub Scout Saturday
Program Option

 

Check-in Saturday at Noon (includes lunch, afternoon bicycle rodeo, and afternoon program).  Food will be served in the Dining Hall.

Program includes:

  • *Bicycle Rodeo (Saturday afternoon)

    • For Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA (all Scouts should bring their bicycles and helmets. Adults can join also)

  • Fishing

  • And more!

Scouts: $35 each
Scouts early bird (by April 15th): $30 each

Adults & Siblings: $20 each
Adults & Siblings early bird (by April 15th): $15 each

*Bicycle Rodeo

The bicycle rodeo for Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA includes:

  • Obstacle course by age group
  • Trail course by age group
  • Safety sessions
  • Adults can compete with the Scouts BSA group

REFUND POLICY

• Must be in writing or email (Scouting@ThreeHarborsScouting.org) 14 days before the event.
